Refund policy

Thanks for your purchase from Consign Furniture. If
you are not satisfied with your purchase, we have
the following options.

Consignment Purchases
Due to the nature of consignment all consignment
purchases are final. It is the buyer's responsibility to
inspect the merchandise prior to making your
purchase. If the merchandise still meets our
consignment criteria, you may re-consign your
consignment purchase utilizing our consignment
agreement. All re-consignments are subject to new
pricing evaluation.

New Furniture Purchases
All new furniture purchases and special orders can
be returned within 48 hours of purchase/possession
if they are in the original new condition. The refund
will be less the cost of transaction (3% credit card
fee) & 20% restocking fee.
